Excellent shot with the Mustangs and the Thunderbolt. Good grouping but they are a tad bit tight but it's not your fault in this case. Still a breath taking photo.

Hi,
Very nice airshow photo. You have left some space at the left side and that helps the composition since the planes visually have space to move into. The color and the contrast is great. I think the focus is a little soft, but when I looked at the properties of the photo I noticed the size is only 21 kB (20 491 byte). Due to this aggressive compression you may have lost some detail. Thanks for sharing.

Good job on the composition and the colors. It doesn't look like you have done any post processing so nicely done there. I have to agree with Mark's critique though. Also, the focus is a bit soft...probably due to the panning motion. I too have shot a lot of airshows and it is not easy getting good shot in. Keep shooting...it will come!

Regards, Paul

Nice shot... but oh for the want of a longer lens! I have shot a local airshow here with similar results. I like the formation and of course the historic planes. Nice job given the conditions. You might crop it down and widen the image and it should give it a "larger" feel. Mark

Longer lens. Tell me about it!:) I thought I had a 300mm 1.3 lined up, but the guy got cold feet about loaning it to me. But I don't blame him a bit! Thanks for chiming in on this one, Mark. dave
